REQUIREMENTS
- Australian Bachelor of Science (Nursing)
- AHPRA Registration
- National Police Clearance
- Covid-19 (3 doses) and Seasonal Influenza Vaccination
- Up-to-date First Aid Certificate with CPR
- Possess a WA work permit
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO)
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring that their individual care plans are implemented effectively
- Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, and respond to changes in their condition as necessary
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical practitioners
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of residents' care plans and health status
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement activities and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and standards.
Note: This role may require the candidate to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
