Class Professionals is seeking compassionate and dedicated Aged Carers/Nursing Assistants to join our team in Western Australia. The successful candidate will provide daily living assistance to elderly residents in aged care homes. The role includes personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation, and other duties to ensure the comfort and well-being of the residents. We work with a variety of aged care facilities in Western Australia and provide relief staff as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
- National Police Clearance
- Covid-19 (3 doses) and Seasonal Influenza Vaccination
- Up-to-date First Aid Certificate with CPR
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Possess a WA work permit
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO)
- Provide daily living assistance to elderly residents
- Assist with personal care such as bathing and dressing
- Administer medications and monitor residents' health
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other staff members.
Note: This role may require the candidate to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
