As an in-home caregiver, you will be responsible for providing a range of support services to our partner residents in their homes. This includes but is not limited to personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, transportation, and light housekeeping. you will work closely with our partner residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest care quality.
REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- National Police Clearance
- Covid-19 (3 doses) and Seasonal Influenza Vaccination
- Up-to-date First Aid Certificate with CPR
- Possess a WA work permit
- Reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license and insurance
- Infection Prevention Control and Manual Handling in Aged Care
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO)
- Provide assistance with personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, transportation, and light housekeeping
- Assist residents in maintaining their independence and quality of life
- Monitor and report any changes in the resident's condition or behaviour to the appropriate healthcare professional
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Adhere to all policies and procedures related to in-home care services.
